PMMA transparent light guide plate, it is necessary to add POLYMSJ series light guide agent during production. But there are two processes for producing light guide PMMA:
1. Thermoplastic extruder PMMA sheet, which is D-2 series light guide powder added with POLYMSJ, mixed with PMMA plastic pellets, and extruded the sheet. The sheet has a transparent appearance, has a light on the edge, and the whole board emits light.
2. Casting type light guide plate, add D series light guide paste, the addition amount is about 1%, and it can be cast after mixing evenly. After forming, the board is transparent, and the whole board is illuminated after the LED light bar is placed on the side.
People who don't know can't see the addition of light guide powder. Because the appearance is basically the same as the one without addition, there is little difference.
