Precautions for acrylic sheet

1. In order to ensure the flatness of the acrylic sheet when it is placed, the same size of the sheet should be placed flat together to avoid the placement of the top small and the bottom big, and the top big and the bottom small. Otherwise, the surface of the board will be scratched; the long-term stacking height should not exceed 500mm.

2. When the acrylic board is stored for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry place below 40°; it should not be directly exposed to sunlight, heat sources or humid places, and it is easy to deform under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

3. Before use, do not tear off the protective film. If the protective film is torn off, dust and stolen goods will adhere to the surface of the board due to static electricity. The protective film can also effectively avoid secondary scratches caused by dragging the board during loading and unloading;

4. Acrylic is easy to crack when it encounters paint or solvents. During transportation or storage, it should avoid being stored together with paints or solvents, and should avoid direct contact with solvents; Keep away from fire hazards or sources of ignition.
