It weighs less than glass but can provide more impact resistance. It also offers great optical clarity thanks to the water-clear transparent design. Cast rod offer more chemical resistance than extruded rod, it has less built in stress from the manufacturing process, it is recommended when there will be any machining on the material.
The rod can be easily cut into shorter rods by normal cutting tools, depending on the applications, you may need rods in customized diameter and length, great for you, we offer custom cutting service, using advanced laser cutting technology, we can cut to precise size with smooth edge and no burr.
