Acrylic extruded sheet: Compared with cast sheet, extruded sheet has lower molecular weight and weaker mechanical properties. However, this feature is conducive to bending and thermoforming processing, and is conducive to rapid vacuum forming when processing large-sized plates. At the same time, the thickness tolerance of the extruded plate is smaller than that of the cast plate. Because extruded plates are mass-produced automated production, the color and specifications are inconvenient to adjust, so the product specification diversity is subject to certain restrictions.

Acrylic board material classification is mainly divided into three categories in China: one is imported board; the second is Taiwan-funded board; and the third is domestic board. Their difference lies in the origin and (MMA) purity of the raw materials used. This is also the key to determining the quality and price of the board.

There are two brands of domestically imported acrylic sheets: Japan's Mitsubishi (Japan's Mitsubishi Chemical Industry) and Germany's Degussa.

The so-called Taiwan-owned board refers to the board made of pure raw materials from Britain's Lucite (MMA) and Taiwan's technology and craftsmanship. Most of the molds for the production of plates are made in Britain and Germany. The acrylic sheet produced has uniform color, no water mark, and small thickness error;

Domestic board refers to that one of the raw materials used in the production of the board is domestically produced, and the other is produced by the secondary processing of various acrylic board recycled materials (PMMA). But the disadvantage is that the surface water mark is obvious, the thickness is uneven, and it is easy to yellow. It is not suitable for blister forming, but only suitable for carving. The advantage is the low price. Proved by experiments on the tablet. There is a certain gap between the effect of spraying and importing.
