How to judge the quality of PP plastic board

1. Look at its surface gloss. The poor gloss is recycled plastic.

2. Look at its toughness. The pure raw material PP polypropylene plastic board has excellent toughness and can be slightly bent.

3. Look at the cutting surface. After the recycled plastic is cut, there will be miscellaneous materials of different colors inside.

4. Look at its density. The density of PP polypropylene is 0.92~0.93, and all that floats on the water surface are raw polypropylene.

5. Heat and weld it, there will be smoke when welding recycled plastics.

6. Transmittance, poor transmittance of recycled plastic.

7. Toughness, recycled plastic is also much worse.

8. Density, throw it into the water to see if it floats on the water, most of the regenerated ones sink to the bottom.
