JBR ACRYLICS are a manufacturer of PLEXIGLASS® acrylic in a range of standard sizes. These cast acrylic panels are manufactured in thicknesses starting at 30mm right through to 225mm. The manufacturing process for these panels begins with pure methacrylate being poured between two sheets of glass, into a mould that has been designed especially for panel casting. The raw product is then polymerized in a temperature-controlled process and once completed a monolithic acrylic sheet has been produced.

PLEXIGLASS® acrylic panels are technically referred to as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) acrylic.
